Who we are

What we collect
When you send a quote request we receive your name, company, email, phone number and the shipment details you enter. When you use the tracking page we receive the shipment reference you type. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and time of request, for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
We use quote requests to prepare and send you an offer (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before a contract). We keep server logs to protect the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in security). We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. If you become a customer, data is kept for as long as accounting and transport law requires. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.
Who receives it
We use service providers that process data on our behalf under data processing agreements: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery of quote requests) and Sanity (content management for this website, no visitor data). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area; transfers are protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
